Nadine Sands
Nadine is the initial point of contact here at SandsCastles for landlords, and she will personally respond to all of your enquiries in an efficient manner. Prior to moving into this sector Nadine enjoyed a management position within accounting. As a result she is well organised, meticulous and a stickler for fine detail. She will personally ensure the smooth overall running of your account.
Stuart Sands
Stuart will be the initial point of contact for your tenants from the start of their tenancy. Prior to moving into this sector Stuart obtained extensive engineering qualifications, worked within the security industry and also invested in property renovation. It is with the latter in mind that his services are on offer, at cost, to keep your maintenance contractor fees to a minimum.
